Koniecek Spółka Adwokacka is a Warsaw-based law and counsel firm providing legal services and advice to business entities, foundations, associations, commercial law companies, corporate clients, hospitals, research institutes, public administration bodies and individual clients. Our task was to refresh the company’s visual communication, as well as to make the marketing materials developed by the law firm so far more consistent.

As a result of initial discussions with the client, we came to the conclusion that the current company logo needed to be refreshed. Basic assumptions of the existing sign (simple typography in three lines supplemented with a small graphic element) seemed correct to us, but the details needed to be refined.
We decided to increase and even out the spacing between the letters and arrange them in equal columns. The graphic element was aligned to the right to make it stand out more from the typography. We also selected a more modern font. As a result, the logotype gained character and coherence.
The refreshed logotype was the starting point for the company’s new promotional materials. They are modest in form, with minimalist typography and strong brand colours – white combined with indigo – playing the main roles. The choice of dyed paper with a clear structure also adds to the refinement.
We also created a visual identity book for the client, which sets out the rules for using developed and creating new materials.
The primary task was to create a simple website – a business card for the law firm. The design of the website is also minimalist in form, based mainly on typography.
The design of the website has been prepared in such a way that the site is accessible to view regardless of the device on which it will be displayed.
As part of the law firm’s branding, we proposed a consistent communication template for social media. In addition, a set of graphics and instructions were prepared for the client to create content on their own in the future.
