On this account, the user is not allowed to use, even partially, reproduce or represent these brands under any circumstances (unless prior written permission has been obtained from the owners of the mentioned brands). In the absence of prior written permission from the owners of said brands, the use or exploitation of said brands is strictly prohibited for any reason. The use or exploitation of the “We Design” brand without prior permission is strictly prohibited.
Proper use – Liability
The purpose of the website www.wedesign.pl is to present the Studio’s vision, the services it offers, and the latest projects completed for its clients. The information that can be consulted can be in the following form: – texts in the form of PDF, PowerPoint, Excel, Word presentations, etc. – photographs, illustrations, graphics, images in any form, etc.; videos, soundtracks, etc. – zipped documents, etc. hereinafter referred to as “Documents” (this list is not exhaustive). In each case, you are reminded that Documents, and more generally, the contents of www.wedesign.pl, can only be consulted. The Documents, and more generally, the contents of www.wedesign.pl, are not contractual in nature. Some features of www.wedesign.pl may require the use of software provided by third parties, such as Issu, Vimeo or YouTube.
